5. Automated Abuse and Bots

Users may not use automated systems or scripts to abuse or overload the platform. Prohibited activities include:

  • excessive automated requests
  • denial-of-service attempts
  • automated scraping of platform data
  • bypassing rate limits or security mechanisms
  • automated account creation

Legitimate API or automation usage must remain within reasonable operational limits.

6. AI Misuse

The AI-powered features of the Service must not be used for harmful or unethical purposes. Prohibited uses include:

  • generating disinformation or deceptive content
  • impersonating individuals without authorization
  • generating spam or phishing messages
  • producing harmful, abusive, or illegal material
  • creating deepfake or misleading content intended to deceive
  • using AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions affecting legal, financial, employment, or medical matters
  • attempting to reverse engineer, extract, or discover the underlying prompts, system instructions, or logic of the AI features
  • using the Service to develop or train competing machine learning models or AI services
  • intentionally "jailbreaking" or using prompt injection techniques to bypass safety filters

Users remain solely responsible for the content generated using AI tools.

7. Platform Security

Users may not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include:

  • unauthorized access to systems
  • probing or scanning for vulnerabilities
  • attempting to bypass authentication mechanisms
  • distributing malware or malicious code
  • interfering with platform operations

8. Data Collection and Scraping

Users may not use the Service to collect or extract data from the platform or other users without authorization. Prohibited activities include:

  • scraping platform data
  • automated data harvesting
  • collecting personal data without legal basis
  • building databases of user data without permission

9. Infrastructure Abuse

9a. Brand and Reputation Protection

Users may not use the Service in a manner that suggests an official endorsement by NeoMatX without prior written consent. This includes using the NeoMatX name or logo in a way that could damage the reputation, integrity, or trustworthiness of the platform.

NeoMatX reserves the right to monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with this policy. If a violation is detected, NeoMatX may take actions including:

  • suspending accounts
  • limiting access to features
  • permanently terminating accounts

Such actions may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform.

Monitoring may include automated detection systems designed to identify abuse, security threats, or violations of this policy.

Immediate Suspension: NeoMatX reserves the right to immediately suspend or throttle access to the Service without notice if a user’s activity poses a threat to the security, stability, or legal standing of the platform or its partners.
